As owners and managers of this private space, we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for everyone. Please follow these rules:
- Safety and Prevention:
- Open fires are strictly prohibited in the area.
- Only use designated barbecue areas, and follow posted instructions.
- Avoid flammable products and take preventive measures to ensure everyone’s safety.
2. Waste Management and Environment:
- Dispose of your garbage in the public bins, separating recyclable waste whenever possible.
- Do not leave any litter or waste in the common areas to protect our natural surroundings.
3. Use of Toys and House Equipment:
• You may use the available toys and equipment as long as:
- You treat them with respect and care,
- You use them appropriately,
- And return them to their place after use.
• If you notice any damage, please inform us so we can fix it promptly.
4. Coexistence and Respect:
• Respect your neighbors’ rest by avoiding excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Parties or gatherings that disturb the peace are not allowed.
• If you travel with pets, ensure they behave appropriately and remain under control.
5. General Rules:

- Help us maintain cleanliness and order in the common areas.
